Challenge yourself to accomplish something that you weren't sure you could do. Be willing to accept your role on your team. Willingness is a strong conviction in an athlete. Are you a willing blocker down field, are you a willing screener, willing passer? Challenge yourself to find the courage to grow and expand as a person and athlete and student. Don't be afraid to ask. Don't be afraid to try. You will fail. We all do. We all make mistakes. Failure can paralyze you or refocus you. When you make a mistake, turn it over, refocus and move on. Approach the year with the attitude of No Fear."
