Team Builder and Speaker
The "Chemistry Intangible" is challenging to develop in team sports. But, working together for a common goal can be accomplished with proper focus and attention to detail. Antonelli's experience in basketball as a Division I player, coach, administrator and 20 year broadcaster has allowed her to witness, experience and shape concepts that can turn your players into winners. Let Antonelli deliver these concepts to your athletes with conviction and concern for their overall development as people and players. She'll give your team the tools to succeed.
Following Antonelli's address to 800 N. C. State student athletes, N.C. State Athletic Director Deborah Yow said that the meeting accomplished the goal of establishing a proper message from a passionate speaker. "It's good for them to see a person with an N.C. State degree doing what Debbie (Antonelli) is doing. It says to a lot of people, ‘If she can do that, I can too.' She's the type of role model we need around our athletes."
"Debbie is passionate about women's basketball from the highest level, down to the grassroots. She wants to help grow the game and make it better by taking time to work with the young players in the game. I've seen her expressively teaching fundamentals on the floor and I've seen her inspire girls in speeches. Her engaging personality and professionalism is a great model for all young women to aspire to."
